Scheduling and Appointments

Our office is located at 131 Donaleen Ct, Martinez, CA 94553. This is an administrative office, so visits are by appointment only. We're open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM. You can reach us by phone at (925) 723-9517 or through our website contact form.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us serve you and our other customers better.

Payment Terms
